繼「寂寞暴走」炎亞綸在音樂錄影帶裡獻出螢幕初吻，第三波主打歌「留下來」的音樂錄影帶由汪東城擔綱演出更挑戰了螢幕尺度，在音樂錄影帶裡秀出苦練的胸肌與腹肌。「留下來」的MV內容描述汪東城在女友向他提出分手後，經歷失落、痛苦，最後親自烤餅乾、佈置聖誕樹，用真心挽回女友。汪東城表示，以前他也曾遇過類似情況，當時的他還抱著一束花、扛著音響來到前女友家樓下，播放情歌「Nothing’s gonna change my love for you」，希望前女友回心轉意，「我自認這個舉動很浪漫、很特別，畢竟是我費盡心思想出來的，但很可惜沒有奏效。也許感覺失去之後，就真的很難再找回來，不過我覺得如果你想讓女友『留下來』，一定要盡全力去挽回，因為曾經盡力過，以後再回想起來才不會遺憾。」而目前感情生活正處於單身狀態的汪東城雖然在劇情裡有甜蜜的演出，但在真實生活裡，汪東城表示：「目前以工作為重並不急著談戀愛，要專心努力工作給媽媽更好的生活。」

辰亦儒初戀女友的爸爸曾經因為擔心談戀愛影響女兒課業，大力反對他們交往，因此初戀女友向他提出分手。辰亦儒說，當時他用行動來表現誠意，每天早上從天母坐第一班公車到初戀女友家，陪她一起搭公車到學校，再從她的學校搭計程車趕回建中，其餘時間兩人則都專心念書，果然慢慢取得初戀女友父親的認同。炎亞綸則是用書信攻擊企圖挽回前女友的心，「被提分手的時候很難過，所以我就每天寫一封信給她，塞進她家門縫裡。我發現寫信其實是一種沉澱，以往爭吵及不愉快的事都因為靜下心來寫進信中，可以放下衝動，慢慢回想及思考。大概持續寫了一個多月的信，後來對方還是不願回頭，而我也逐漸想通愛情不能強求的道理，所以還是散了。」吳尊最幸運，他笑說：「我跟前任女友都是和平分手，分手後也仍是朋友，所以從來沒有特別去做什麼期求她回頭。」

「留下來」劇情安排更讓汪東城尺度大開，半裸淋浴。乍聽到導演安排在MV裡要安排淋浴戲碼，汪東城一開始對脫衣半裸有些抗拒，但仔細聽導演解說後，終於欣然接受，他點頭表示：「很多男生平時不會當著外人的面哭，所以只有藉著洗澡或是淋雨，才敢宣洩自己的情感，趁機流淚，不讓別人看到自己脆弱、不MAN的那一面。」拍攝當天正值寒流過境，一大清早爬起來出外景拍MV的汪東城，早已吹了一整天的寒風，一直打噴嚏、流鼻水，晚上又要拍淋浴戲，租借場地裡的熱水也不夠熱，工作人員只有不斷煮薑湯讓他保暖。

不過敬業的汪東城只要一上戲，似乎就忘了寒冷，帥氣地把外套、背心一脫，結果手卻撞到吊燈，痛的他哇哇大叫，旁人則是哈哈大笑。汪東城為了上鏡時肌肉線條更好看，還在上戲前狂做伏地挺身。等到大東把衣服脫下，眾人全都被他結實的身材嚇到，讓大東很得意：「拍完戲後苦練了好一陣子，果然很有效。」工作人員在拍攝中途也不時讚美大東：「好帥！好MAN！好壯！」而以往最在意髮型「一絲不茍」的大東，拍淋浴戲時整個投入失戀的劇情當中，任由蓮蓬頭的水從他頭上灑下，濕透的頭髮貼在臉上也毫不在意，讓大家大呼意外。大東的敬業也得到好成果，果然拍出來的成果令大家都很滿意^^

nearly go w/a guy but luckily my senior

some maths game where you hve to guess
the price. again,i suay suay got chosen and
went up, had to remember some numbers.
my class lost in the end by 15cents.so gaaay

back to hall and did some exercises.woah,
